Genuine connection, paired with research-based therapy, changes lives! Working as a therapist, I have the privilege of synthesizing personal and professional passions in helping my clients meet their goals. I work from a research-based treatment perspective, incorporating mindfulness and traditional cognitive therapies to meet each of my clients where they are, and design a life worth living. I have studied dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) extensively and have worked with clients facing a range of ineffective behaviors and thought patterns to reduce and eliminate these from their lives.
I'm easy-going and looking forward to sharing both your stress and success! I like to laugh and am passionate about making real, human connections in unconditional positive regard. Let’s change your life!
